# Your monthly report, a sample.

Every month you are live, we count your enquiries, set them against the baseline we sent you in writing before we started, and list the work we did on your site. This is how that page is laid out. It is an example, so no business is named and the figures are left blank.

**Monthly report** example

| Where they came from | This month |

| Calls from your Google Business Profile | your figure |

| Messages from your Google Business Profile | your figure |

| Bookings from your Google Business Profile | your figure |

| Messages sent through your website's form | your figure |

| Taps on your website's call button | your figure |

| **All your enquiries** | the total |

| Your baseline: the monthly average from the 90 days before we started, sent to you in writing | your baseline |

**Busier this month?** yes or not yet Busier means your enquiries in a month beat your baseline. If you are not busier after six months live, you get every penny back.

| Where | What the report lists |

| **Google** | What we changed so you come up for the searches your customers make on Google. |

| **AI assistants** | What we made clearer so ChatGPT and the other AI assistants can recommend you. |

| **Your website** | What we improved so more of the people who find you ring or book. |

| **Upkeep** | Hosting, security patches and backups looked after, and each small change you asked for, with the day it was done. |

An example: no business is named and the figures are left blank. The Busier Guarantee in full is in the [Starter terms](https://buildmydigital.co.uk/starter-terms/).
