A fake review, reported and answered.

Someone who never used you left one star. Google removes reviews that break its rules, and it decides which ones do. We check yours against those rules, report it with the evidence and follow it up, with a calm reply ready for you to approve while Google looks.

Answered either way

A one-star review from someone you have never met.

We check it against Google’s rules and report it with the evidence. While Google looks, a calm reply waits for your approval. Here is one, as an example.

An example: a made-up business, reviewer and review.
  1. A fake review lands. Send it to us.
  2. We check it. Against Google’s own rules, with the evidence put together.
  3. It is reported and followed up. Google decides, and you hear the outcome.
  4. The reply is ready. Drafted for your approval, so the review is answered either way.
What Google removes

Reviews that break Google's rules.

Google's rules for reviews say a review should reflect a real experience with the business. These are the kinds that break them:

Fake
No real experience with your business behind it, such as a review from someone who was never a customer.
From a competitor
Posted on your profile to undermine your business.
Off-topic
Nothing to do with a real experience of your business, such as a review posted about a different business. Google's content policy names off-topic reviews.
Conflict of interest
From a current or former employee, a relative, or someone tied to you or to a rival.
Harassment and offensive content
Harassment, threats, hate, profanity, or someone's personal details posted without their consent.

An honest review does not qualify, even a harsh one. Google says plainly that it does not get involved in disagreements between a business and its customers, and it decides every report itself.

How we handle it

Checked, reported and followed up.

Send us the review. We check it against Google's own rules and tell you straight whether it qualifies. If it does, we put the evidence together, take it through the right channels and follow it up until Google gives its answer. If it breaks none of the rules, we say so, and the reply is the right tool for it.

Answered either way

A calm reply, ready while Google looks.

The review stays on your profile while Google looks at it. We draft a calm public reply for your approval, so anyone who reads the review also reads a business that answers well. Nothing is posted or reported in your name until you say yes.

What you hear back

Where it stands, at every step.

You hear from us when the review is reported, when Google decides, and what we do next. If it comes down, you see it go. If Google keeps it up, you hear that too, with anything that can still be done, and your reply is already there.

The honest bit

Nobody can make Google remove a review.

Google decides every report, under its own rules and at its own pace, so we never promise a removal. What you can hold us to is the work: the check, the report and its follow-up, and a reply ready to post.

What it costs

£99, only if it comes down.

£99 a review, paid only if Google takes it down. If it stays up, there is nothing to pay. Either way you get the check against Google's rules, a reply drafted for your approval, and the outcome reported back. Getting more genuine reviews in is a separate service, the Google Reviews Engine, and a Google Business Profile set up in full gives every reply a better home.

Straight answers

Common questions.

How do you handle a fake review?
We check it against Google's own rules, put the evidence together and take it through the right channels, then follow it up. Meanwhile you get a calm reply ready to post, drafted for your approval.
Can you remove any bad review?
No. Google removes only reviews that break its rules, and Google decides which ones do. An honest bad review stays up, and Google says it does not get involved in disagreements between a business and its customers. For those, your reply is what readers see, and we draft it for you.
How long does it take?
Google sets the pace. Its own help page says: "Review evaluation typically takes several days." We tell you the outcome as soon as Google decides.
What does it cost?
£99 a review, paid only if Google takes it down. If it stays up, there is nothing to pay. Google decides every report, so we never promise a removal.
Do you need my Google login?
No. You add us as a manager from your own account. We never ask for passwords.
