Starter terms.

The Starter plan.

1. Starter costs £39 a month, billed monthly. It starts the month your site goes live, and your site goes live when the first month's £39 is paid.
2. Every month we work on your site to bring you more customers: optimising it for the searches your customers make on Google, making it clear to ChatGPT and the other AI assistants so they can recommend you, and improving it so more of the people who find you ring or book. It also covers hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring, small changes to your site and missed-call text-back: when nobody picks up within about 20 seconds, the caller gets a text asking what they need, and you get the whole request in one text.
3. Rankings and AI recommendations are decided by Google and the AI companies, so we never promise a position. What we promise instead is the Busier Guarantee.
4. The Busier Guarantee: before we start, we record from your Google Business Profile the calls, messages and bookings it brought you in the previous 90 days, and send you the monthly average in writing.
5. Your enquiries each month are the calls, messages and bookings your Google Business Profile shows, plus messages sent through your new site's form and taps on its call button, which we count and share with you.
6. Busier means your enquiries in a month beat that average. If you're not busier after three months live, we part on good terms, you get every penny back, and the site files are yours.
7. To measure it we need manager access to your Google Business Profile, the site live on your domain and linked from your profile, and the same phone number on both. The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights.
8. What you supply: access to your Google Business Profile within 3 days, replies to us within 5 working days, and payments up to date.
9. The website build costs you nothing while you're on Starter. There is no build fee and no setup fee.
10. There is no minimum term. Cancel any month by emailing us.
11. When you cancel, the site stays online until the end of the month you've paid for, then it goes offline.
12. Ask and we'll send you the site files. Your words, photos, reviews and prices were always yours.
13. A small change is one we can make in minutes: hours, prices, photos, team, a new review. A new page is £89. Bigger work is quoted in writing before we start.
14. If you need a domain, we register one for £25 one-off, in your business name. It goes with you if you leave.
15. A domain you already own stays yours. We only point it at the site.
16. If a payment fails we'll tell you and try again. The site only comes down after the month you've paid for ends.
17. Would you rather own it outright? £299 one-off, half up front and half at launch, and no monthly fee to us afterwards.
