Starter terms.

The Starter plan.

1. Starter costs £39 a month, billed monthly. It starts the day your site goes live on your domain.
2. It covers hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, security patches, uptime monitoring and small changes to your site.
3. The website build costs you nothing while you're on Starter. There is no build fee and no setup fee.
4. There is no minimum term. Cancel any month by emailing us.
5. When you cancel, the site stays online until the end of the month you've paid for, then it goes offline.
6. Ask and we'll send you the site files. Your words, photos, reviews and prices were always yours.
7. A small change is one we can make in minutes: hours, prices, photos, team, a new review. A new page is £89. Bigger work is quoted in writing before we start.
8. If you need a domain, we register one for £25 one-off, in your business name. It goes with you if you leave.
9. A domain you already own stays yours. We only point it at the site.
10. If a payment fails we'll tell you and try again. The site only comes down after the month you've paid for ends.
11. Would you rather own it outright? £299 one-off, half up front and half at launch, and no monthly fee to us afterwards.
12. English law applies, as with everything else we do.
