On the call

What the 20 minutes covers.

  1. Your business. The jobs you want more of and the areas you cover.
  2. Your scan, read through. If you have run the free scan, we go through what its 48 checks found on your site today.
  3. Your preview. If we have built you one, we look at it together: the free website made from your Google profile, with your photos, your real reviews and your services.
  4. What to fix first. The gaps we found, most important first. If we’re not the right fit, you still keep the list.
  5. The price and what it buys. Every price is already published. The website is built free, and Starter is £39 a month for the work to bring you more customers, starting the month your site goes live. If you’re not busier after three months live, you get every penny back. We measure it on your own Google numbers.
  6. What happens if you say yes. Nothing is paid on the call. You get one short form for your photos, services, hours and prices, with what we found on your Google profile already filled in, and your baseline in writing before we start. You approve the site on your phone, and nothing goes live until you are happy with it.

What happens after I book?
The booking lands with us straight away and we ring the number you gave, in the window you picked. If we are already on a call, we ring back inside the same window.
Is this a sales call?
No. Every price is already published, so there is nothing to negotiate. We use the time to look at your scan or preview together and answer what you ask.
Do I have to book to get the free website?
No. Send your business name and town by WhatsApp, email or the start page and the preview arrives without any call at all. The website is free; £39 a month keeps us working on it to bring you more customers once it’s live.
