- Is it really free?
- Yes. The build costs nothing. For £39 a month we keep working on your site to bring you more customers and more revenue: pushing you up Google, getting you recommended by ChatGPT and the other AI assistants, and turning more of the people who find you into bookings. Hosting, security, small changes and missed-call text-back are included. If you'd rather pay once, the outright build is £299 and there is no monthly. If you don't go ahead, you keep the scan report and it has cost you nothing.
- Will you keep in touch afterwards?
- Yes, because we want to keep helping. Before you're a customer, we follow up a few times, each time with something useful: your preview, your scan results, or a quick call to answer your questions. Once you're a customer, staying in touch is part of looking after you: your enquiry numbers each month, a check that everything is working, and a suggestion when one of our other services would genuinely help, like more Google reviews or an assistant that answers your phone.
- What if I don't want the follow-ups?
- Just say. Reply 'no thanks' or 'stop' to any message, or tell us on a call, and the follow-ups stop that day. As a customer you can turn off the suggestions and keep everything else: your site, your monthly numbers and your support.
- What if I already have a website?
- Even better. The 48-check scan tells you exactly what it is doing well and where it is losing you customers, whether or not we ever work together.
