Pay per booking for home improvement firms.
We set up your Google ads and profile for the jobs you want, answer the calls you miss, chase every quote and bring in the reviews. You fund the ads direct with Google and pay us nothing until we've booked you the visits we agree in writing, then a fixed fee for each booked visit.
Six steps, in this order.
- We set it up. Your Google ads, your Google Business Profile, a page for the jobs you want, answering for the calls you miss, quote chasing and review requests.
- You fund the ads. Google bills you direct, at a daily budget we agree.
- We agree the number in writing. Before we start, we agree how many booked visits we will get you and in how many days: 14 days for most trades, 30 for builders and extensions.
- You pay us nothing while we work towards it.
- Once we reach it, you pay per booking. A fixed fee for each booked visit from then on.
- If we don't reach it in the agreed days, you have paid us nothing.

Every fee is agreed in writing before we start, and you pay none of it until we reach the number of booked visits we agreed.
What counts as a booked visit.
A named customer with a phone number and address, booked into your diary for a quote visit or a call-out. A visit is free if the customer cancels and doesn't rebook within 7 days.
The ad spend is yours.
Ad spend goes from you to Google direct, and we never refund it. The number of booked visits we agree depends on your budget, so a bigger budget means a bigger agreed number.
Common questions.
- What if you don't hit the number?
- Then you have paid us nothing. There is no fee if we don't reach the number of booked visits we agreed in writing within the agreed days. The ad spend you paid to Google is not refunded by us.
- Who owns the ads account?
- You do. The ads run on your own Google Ads account and you fund them direct with Google, so Google bills every click to you.
- How quickly does it start?
- It starts with a 20-minute call with a member of our team. Then we agree the daily budget, the number of booked visits and the number of days in writing: 14 days for most trades, 30 for builders and extensions. After that come your ads, your Google profile and your page, and nothing goes live until you've seen them and said yes.
- Do I need a new website?
- No. We set up a page for the jobs you want, and the ads send people to it, so your current website can stay as it is.
