- Generative Engine Optimisation: making sure your business is the one AI quotes when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation. Classic SEO gets you into the results list. GEO gets you into the answer itself.
- How long before it works?
- Honestly: technical fixes can show up in weeks, rankings and AI citations typically take three to six months of steady work. That is why this is monthly, not one-off. Anyone promising page one in a fortnight is selling you something else.
- Do I need a new website first?
- Not always. We can optimise what you have. If your current site loads slowly or has no page structure for Google to read, we will tell you straight that a rescue or rebuild gives your money a better return.
- What do you actually do each month?
- On Found: schema and technical upkeep, two written-for-you blog posts, Google Business Profile updates, rank tracking, and a plain-English report of what moved. On Growth we add the content and social layer on top.
- Can you guarantee I'll rank first on Google or be recommended by ChatGPT?
- No. Rankings and AI recommendations are decided by Google and the AI companies, so nobody can promise a position, and we don't. Google's own advice on hiring an SEO says that if someone guarantees you first place, find someone else. We do the work that moves you up: local SEO, your Google Business Profile, reviews, content and AI search, tracked with tools such as Ubersuggest and OpenSEO, with a plain-English report of what moved. On a website from us with Starter, if you're not busier after three months live, you get every penny back.
