- Is this the same as a penetration test?
- No, and we will not pretend it is. A pen test is a specialist engagement for businesses handling sensitive data at scale. What we do is close the everyday holes that actually get small business sites hacked. If your business does need the full test, we bring in a specialist tester, brief them on your setup and fix whatever they find, so the report never sits in a drawer.
- Is security included in your monthly plans?
- The Starter plan at £39 a month includes patches, backups and monitoring, and includes missed-call text-back. The £149 hardening is the one-off deep pass for sites we did not build.
