£39 a month keeps us working on it to bring you more customers. It starts the month your site goes live, and if you're not busier after six months, you get every penny back. Every other price is below, in full, with no form in the way. One-off work is half up front, half at launch. If something isn't on this page, we price it in writing before any money moves.

- Every happy customer gets asked for a Google review automatically, at the moment they're happiest, with their direct review link, and every new review gets a considered reply. We ask everyone and filter no one, which is what keeps it inside Google's rules and UK law. Cancel any time. The review engine, in full.
- Voice agent · £299 setup, then £149 to £399 a month
- Answers your phone around the clock, takes a message, books into your live diary, texts you a summary of every call and hands unusual calls to a person. Trained only on your business, so it makes nothing up. The monthly figure depends on call volume and is fixed in writing before launch. Cancel any time. - DM setter · £299 setup, then £149 to £399 a month
- Instagram DMs, story replies and comment-to-DMs answered in seconds in your own words, qualified with your questions and booked into your diary. Runs on your own account through ManyChat, and you can read every conversation. The monthly figure depends on message volume and is fixed in writing before launch. Cancel any time. - Is it really free?
- Yes. The build costs nothing. For £39 a month we keep working on your site to bring you more customers and more revenue: pushing you up Google, getting you recommended by ChatGPT and the other AI assistants, and turning more of the people who find you into bookings. Hosting, security, small changes and missed-call text-back are included. If you'd rather pay once, the outright build is £299 and there is no monthly.
- What if I cancel?
- You can, any month, by email. The site stays online to the end of the month you've paid for, then it comes down. Ask and we'll send you the site files.
- Who owns it?
- Your words, photos, reviews and prices are yours, and always were. The site files are yours on request if you leave. A domain you already own stays yours. While you're on Starter, we host the site and look after it.
- Do I need a domain?
- Only if you want the site on your own address, and we'd recommend it. If you already have one, we point it at the site for nothing. If you don't, it's £25 one-off.
- How long does it take?
- The preview is usually ready before we first get in touch, because we build it from your public reviews and services. The proper version needs one short form from you. Once that's back and you've approved the site on your phone, it goes live when the first month's £39 is paid.
- What counts as a small change?
- Anything that takes minutes: new opening hours, a price change, a new photo, a new team member, a new review pulled through. A new page is £89. Anything bigger is quoted in writing before we touch it.
