- What counts as a 'small edit'?
- Text changes, price updates, opening hours, swapping a photo. Anything that takes us under fifteen minutes. New pages and new features are quoted separately, in writing, first.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Nothing dramatic. The site stays live and stays yours; you just take over the hosting (we help you move it) and lose the monthly updates and monitoring.
- Can I switch between the two paths?
- Yes. Care plan first and licence later. Or licence first and a care plan if running it yourself turns out to be a chore. The licence price never changes because you were a care client.
