When a job is finished, open Job done on your phone, put in the customer's first name and mobile, and tap the button. They get one text from your own number, the one we set up for your missed-call text-back, with their first name, your business name and your Google review link, then one neutral question about which job it was, for your records, and how to stop. Every customer is asked, in the same words, with no reward and no star rating.

Nothing is sent before 08:00 or after 21:00 UK time, or on a UK bank holiday. A message due in those hours moves to 09:00, and one due on a bank holiday to 09:00 the next day that is not one. Each ask also waits up to ten minutes at random, so they never go out in a block.
One reminder, and a check on the work.
If the customer has not opened the link three days later, they get one reminder, in the same hours, and never after they reply STOP. That is the only one. After call-outs and installs, a snag check asks whether everything is still fine, with no review link in it.
Your last twelve months, asked once.
Send us a list of your customers from the last 12 months and each one gets the same ask, once, spread evenly over about five weeks, between 10:00 and 17:00 on days that are not bank holidays. A catch-up ask has no reminder and no snag check.
Every reply read within minutes.
When a customer texts back, we read it within minutes. A complaint, a question, a booking or a threat to post a bad review comes to us with an answer drafted, and we answer it or pass it to you. For each Google review you send us, or we paste in ourselves, we draft a reply for your approval before anything is posted, and with three stars or fewer we check with you first. Common questions.
- Do you write fake reviews?
- No. Every review comes from a customer who had the job done, which is exactly why they hold up. If someone posts fake or malicious reviews about you, a review that breaks Google's rules can be reported to Google for removal.
- Can you make sure only happy customers get asked?
- No. Everyone gets the same ask, in the same words, because asking only the happy ones is against Google's rules. What protects you is hearing first: a customer who replies with a complaint reaches us within minutes, with an answer drafted, and we answer it or pass it to you while there is still time to put the job right. After call-outs and installs, the snag check asks whether everything is still fine.
- A bad review just landed. What do you actually do about it?
