Every finished job asks for the review.

The work went well. Nobody sent the link. That is why you have twelve reviews and the firm down the road has two hundred. Mark the job done and the request sends itself, same day, to every customer.

What you get

Mark the job done. The asking is handled.

You mark the job complete in whatever you already use: your diary, your invoicing tool, your CRM, or a link we put on your phone. That is the trigger. The customer gets a text and an email with your Google review link, written the way you speak. If nothing has landed after three days they get one reminder, and only one. The moment a review appears the chasing stops.

Timing

Same day, or not at all.

The ask lands while the job is still the best thing that happened to them that week. A request sent the same afternoon gets answered. The one you remember to send a fortnight later gets read in a car park and forgotten. Google shows recent reviews first, so a review from this week does more for your map pack position than a five star from 2023.

Photos

The finished job, on your profile.

The same trigger asks for the finished-job photo. On jobs where the customer took the picture it goes to them, on jobs where your crew did it goes to your crew, and either way it queues up for your Google Business Profile instead of dying in a WhatsApp group. Profiles with recent photos and recent reviews are the ones Google keeps showing.

Pick your cover

Two ways to buy it.

Review engine · £299 setup, then £49 a month
Job-complete trigger wired into what you already use, text and email request with your Google review link, one reminder, photo request, and a dashboard showing requests sent against reviews landed. Text and email costs are billed to you by your own provider, usually a few pounds a month.
Review engine plus profile setup · £299 plus £179
The engine on top of a Google Business Profile done properly: categories, services, photos, hours and the Q&A seeded. Worth doing together if your profile has not been touched since you claimed it.
When we are the wrong buy

Ten jobs a month is the line.

If you finish fewer than about ten jobs a month, do not buy this. The ask by hand is quicker. Buy the £179 profile setup, use the review link it comes with, and come back when the volume is there. If your problem is that enquiries go unanswered rather than unreviewed, the voice agent or the DM setter is the one to buy first.

Straight answers

Common questions.

Do you write fake reviews?
No. Every review comes from a customer who had the job done, which is exactly why they hold up. If the problem is the other way round, someone posting fake or malicious reviews AGAINST you, that we do fix: reviews that break Google's rules can be reported and removed, and we handle that reporting for you.
Can you make sure only happy customers get asked?
Everyone gets the same ask, because filtering is what gets profiles stripped, but here is what actually protects you: the same-day ask reaches the unhappy customer while there is still time to fix the job, so the complaint comes to you instead of your profile. A problem you hear about first is a problem that rarely becomes a review at all.
A bad review just landed. What do you actually do about it?
We move the same day. You get the alert with a calm, professional reply already drafted, because the reply is read by every future customer and usually does more than the review does. Then we help you take it offline and make the job right, and customers who get a genuine fix very often update their review on their own. If the review breaks Google's rules, fake, wrong business, abusive, we report it for removal. Meanwhile the engine keeps fresh five stars landing, so one bad week never gets to define the profile. There is always a move.
Can you get a bad review deleted?
Nobody can force Google to delete a legitimate review, and anyone who promises that is about to take your money. What genuinely works, and what we do: policy-breaking reviews reported and removed, fixed customers updating their own reviews, and a steady flow of recent genuine reviews pushing the bad one out of sight. Most readers look at your rating, your recency and your replies, not the one-star from March.
Which systems does it plug into?
Whatever you already mark jobs complete in. If that is a CRM or invoicing tool with a proper connection we use it, and if it is a notebook we give you a one-tap link on your phone that does the same job. We tell you which before you pay.
How many reviews will I get?
Nobody can promise a number honestly, so we show you the machine instead: requests sent against reviews landed, on a dashboard, every month. If the numbers sag we rewrite the ask, retime it and test again until they move. That number is yours to judge us on, and we work it like it is ours.
Why £49 a month on top of the setup?
The sequence runs, the reminders fire, the dashboard stays live, the reply drafting is there the day you need it, and we keep the connection working when your CRM or Google changes something. Cancel monthly, no exit fee. Text and email charges go to your own provider, not through us.
