- Your missed calls (or slow-answered messages) in a week, times what a typical job or booking is worth, times the share of those people who would have booked. That gives a week; a month is that times 52, divided by 12. Every number is yours, and the working is shown under the result.
- What numbers should I put in?
- Your own. If you are not sure how many calls you miss, your phone's call log or your Google Business Profile's call count for a week is a good start. For the share who would have booked, think about how many callers usually book when you do pick up.
- Why does answering straight away matter so much?
