- The setter is built from two sources: your website, read page by page, and your Google Business Profile with its reviews. From those it learns the services, the prices, the opening hours and the questions customers already ask, and it answers from that brief only. Anything it cannot find on either source is marked as something to check with you, so a customer never hears an invented price or a made-up opening time. The live version runs the same way inside your Instagram inbox through ManyChat, for £299 setup and then £149 to £399 a month depending on message volume.

- No. The diary here is simulated so you can watch the whole conversation without touching your calendar. The live setter books into your real calendar.
- What if my website says very little?
